Refreshment room staff at Toowoomba

Refreshment room staff at Toowoomba, Manager C.F.Johnson at centre. Typically laid out in a standard manner, particularly the later rooms, State Refreshment Rooms were run by an Officer in Charge or a Manager. A staff of twenty or more could be needed for a busy set of rooms, while the more remote country stations required only two to four staff.
