John Nicholson's daughter with part of their pineapple crop at Grovely, Brisbane, Queensland, 1864. 'Grovely is situated in the valley between the Taylor Range and Arana Hills. In 1864 Messrs John and William Nicholson purchased land in the locality which was then known as Kedron Brook, and on this they formed an extensive vineyard.'
